2/5 Ball Striking- Move And Shot

Today we spent the first fifteen minutes on our basic ball striking from distance.  Then we added an inside outside move to the shot.  We are going to start to move towards shooting while being off-balance for the next couple of weeks as we start to work on keeping our good technique with shots from various situations that arise in games.
